We are excited to announce our latest cheese, Matterhorn! It is a Trappist-style cheese that is made with 100% grass-fed raw milk aged a minimum of 60 days. Matterhorn is a semi-hard cheese that has a buttery taste with a smooth texture. This cheese is sure to be a favorite!
