Chippewa Cheddar is a raw milk 100% grass-fed cheese that is aged a minimum of 60 days. It is a semi-hard cheese that has a smooth texture. Its pairs well with hearty bread or crackers and salty nuts. Chippewa Cheddar is naturally colored.
